Petal was composed in January of 2015, it is a Hip Hop piece that samples audio from a number of locations and combines them with synthesisers to bring something new to an older formula. composed in Ableton Live.

This composition was initially put together in two hours for a small online contest, some small adjustments have been made to make it the finished piece you hear here.
Slow to build, Ascent is a Liquid Drum and Bass piece that was created over the course of a few months. It features lots of big chords and aims to create an awe inspiring atmosphere. Created with Ableton Live and a number of plug ins.
Sheol is a microsound composition that I completed as part of my Compusing Using Technology unit, we were introduced to microsound and given a few months to research it and compose a piece with a set of given sounds. The title is inspired by the game The Binding Of Isaac Rebirth
Miccrosound focuses on the aethetics of failure, that is sounds that come unintentionally. This could be failed disk drivers or a glitch in software. These sounds are taken and sampled at very small intervals, in this case no longer than 100ms
As part of my YouTube channel, I created video tutrorials on some of the software I use for music. I've since expanded this onto it's own channel giving people information from the very basics of synths. This video is the first in that series.
